Bullying is a ZERO tolerance issue, at home, in education, the workplace, online, society: #StopBullying
Picture
It can go on right under parents' noses.
Bullying needs to be a Zero tolerance issue in our homes, in our nurseries, schools, sports, workplaces - in our society.

It's widely recognised that behaviour observed and learnt within the home, school & society in general aids the development of aggressive bullying behaviour. If such behaviour isn't challenged in childhood, it may become the norm.

We all have a part to play in solving the problem of bullying. Our treatment of others, whether children, partners, family, friends, colleagues - anyone, influences our children. We need to treat others with respect in
communication and in our behaviour to them.

Bullying is a Zero tolerance issue because
it causes self harm and suicide and that price is
too high for any family to pay.

Bullying

We all know the names: Amanda Todd, Erin Gallagher, Maisie Kate Millar, young women with everything to live for, who took their lives because of the torment of bullies.

Bullying meted out by girls and boys their own age, bullies who could be any of our children, bullies who's treatment of another human being makes them responsible for that person killing themselves rather than face any more bullying behaviour.

We think that bullying is such an important issue, and early intervention can be so effective, we came up with this dedicated section.
